Wilson Communications showcased their latest products and services at the 7th Annual Kiwanis Home and Garden Show. The event was Saturday, March 17th, at the Ellsworth American Legion, and for the first time, grew into the Ellsworth County Medical Center Administration Building.

This year's theme was We've got the luck O' the Irish — because we've got leaders like you!

"The 7th Annual Kiwanis Home and Garden Show was a big success! We raised over $3,700 and couldn't do it without our local vendors, like Wilson Communications. We use these funds to support After-Prom events, college scholarships and other events in our area." says Anita Hoffhines of Millwood Realty and this year's project chairperson.

The event offered many new activities and highlighted a terrific glossy magazine produced by the Ellsworth County Independent Reporter in conjunction with organizers. In addition to the many businesses and community organizations featured at this year's show, there was a bake sale and garage sale along with delectable food prepared by local members of the American Legion Auxiliary and Ellsworth County Medical Center Auxillary. These outstanding volunteers also helped show participants get set up with their booth displays and ensured that the public had everything needed to have a great experience.

Mary Zorn, Director of Operations at Wilson Communications, comments, "We have supported the event for several years as a showcase vendor and advertiser. Our associates really appreciate the opportunity to join with our friends and customers in such a terrific and exciting setting and for such a good cause."

The local Kiwanis Club has approximately 50 active members and is part of Kiwanis International. Visit www.ellsworthkiwanis.org for more information about Ellsworth Kansas Kiwanis Club.
