		Wilson Communications Takes Steps to Protect Against COVID-19 At Wilson Communications, we value the health and safety of our customers and employees above all else, which is why we are closely monitoring events concerning COVID-19 (coronavirus). Wilson Communications will be closing our business office to the public effective at 5 pm on Friday, March 20th. Wilson Communications will continue the following steps, in accordance with CDC guidelines, to protect both our employees and our customers: Employees who feel sick are being instructed to stay home. Employees who work directly with customers should engage in social distancing by maintaining 6 feet of space between individuals. Our customer service team will screen customers with several basic questions to determine if an elevated risk of COVID-19 exposure exists for our field technicians. We are providing additional disinfectant products to employees and posting individual reminders for employees to frequently wash their hands. All employees are asked to take proper precautions to ensure their safety and the safety of those around them. A variety of online services to help you pay your bill and conduct other transactions from home with Wilson Communications are also offered on our website at. www.wilsoncom.us. Wilson Communications is committed to keeping you connected during these uncertain times. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and explore further measures to support our customers and the community as needed.
