Your Webmail Portal Has a New Look!

On September 28, 2020, Wilson Communications migrated to a new and improved Webmail App Portal. This changed the way that you access your email account.

Some of the features include:
  • A familiar organized layout
  • Less crowded and cluttered display
  • Usage is very much the same as your previous App Portal
  • Easier access to email from mobile devices
What to do:
    Download Images to View
  1. Simply click the Mail menu link under myWilsoncom and you will be directed to the Login page.

  2. If you have previously Bookmarked your Webmail link, you will see a prompt directing you to Bookmark the new URL: https://userportal.wilsoncom.us/login

  3. The new link will direct you to the Login page to enter your Username & Password.
Your email messages, folders, and account settings were migrated to the new platform.

On the new site, you will notice that there is no longer a gear to Manage Settings. To manage your account on the new Webmail App Portal, click your account name next to Welcome.
